SLAVFORMA - Strict Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using DHL eCommerce, USPS, ePacket, or another tracked courier, depending on your location and the fastest available service.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–72 hours AFTER SHIPPING for tracking updates to appear.
- How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 8 - 14 business days
- International: 8 - 15 business days
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. In many cases, orders may arrive earlier.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control. These delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.
- Can my order be returned or refunded?
We operate a very STRICT refund policy.
Refunds are ONLY issued if:
- You receive a faulty or damaged item
- You receive the wrong item
- Your order does not arrive
You must contact us within 48 hrs of delivery (or expected delivery date), and proof is required (photos/videos and order number).
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or colour selected (a size guide is provided before purchase)
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or failure to follow care instructions
- Shipping delays (outside our control)
Returns are not required unless explicitly requested.
- Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing or shipping has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
Track my order
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
